The company has accumulated rich construction and management experience in the process of the construction, trained and cultivated many professional technicians and established the perfect organizational structure and rules and regulations. Guided by the strategic policy of “Rapid, Quality, Safe, Low-consumption”, the management strategy of “Keeping a Foothold in Heilongjiang, Setting up Nationwide Network, Launching into International Market, Carrying on Diversified Business, Achieving Comprehensive Development” and the service tenet of “Customer Supreme, Credit First”, the company enhances the internal reform, strengthens the project management, actively participates in competition, and completes the outstanding projects with short construction period, high quality and good reputation. The company now has over 350 staff members (enrolled), 220 employees on average including 70 management personnel; 80 with college degree or above; 160 with the professional titles (including 24 with senior professional titles and 87 with intermediate professional titles); 120 engineers and technicians (including 16 with senior professional titles and 62 with intermediate professional titles); 5 constructors, 12 associate constructors and 16 cost estimators. More than 130 technicians take a post with certificates.
With a registered capital of RMB 20 million, fixed assets of RMB 18.91 million and current assets of RMB 7.92 million, the company owns 48 units of large and medium-sized equipment and 596 units of installation equipment, the company boasts of Grade II qualification for general contracting for housing construction projects, Grade II qualification for general contracting of municipal public works, Grade II qualification for professional contracting of electromechanical equipment installation projects and Grade II qualification of professional contracting of pipeline engineering. Moreover, the company owns GB1/GB2GC2 special equipment installation and transformation maintenance license (pressure pipeline) and D1/D2 special equipment manufacturing license (pressure vessel). The annual constructability reaches more than RMB 80 million.

Since its establishment, the company has participated in many construction projects, seized the market of Harbin, stabilized the market of Heilongjiang, expanded the market of Beijing, Nanjing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Chongqing, Ningbo, Guangzhou and Nanning, and can independently undertakes the mechanical equipment installation, process pipe installation, electric control, air conditioning and steel structure in the industries including the industrial and civil buildings, the indoor and outdoor decoration, factories and mines, pharmaceutical factories, beverage factories, shopping malls and hotels.
The company vigorously promotes and uses the new materials, new process and new technology while constantly expands the business scope and scale. By means of rational measures and strict controls, our project quality conformity rate reaches 100% and the rate of the good projects hits more than 90%.
